Canadian water polo star apologizes for “dumb” role in riots

Vancouver rioter Nathan Kotylak, an elite Canadian athlete, turned himself in to police Saturday after he was caught in photos apparently trying to set fire to a Vancouver police cruiser during Wednesday’s tumultuous Stanley Cup riot.

Over the weekend, he apologized: watch video
